Description: SHUTTLE is a wheelchair accessible, shared-ride service for people who, because of their disability, are unable to ride a regular Pierce Transit bus. Reduced Fare Permits available for riders 65 or older, or have a doctor-verified disability.

Description: ACCESS Service provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation to the elderly and disabled unable to use the fixed route transit system to doctor’s appointments, shopping, visiting friends, or any other destination within Kitsap County. Paratransit, sometimes called Accessible transit services, are provided for those who can't access regular transit service.

JOE (Job Opportunity Express) is a grant funded service to help low-income family members to gain employment and to stay employed by providing job-related transit services to places of employment, training, job service agencies and child care. Services available 24 hours a day, at little or no cost to you.
