Description Multi-service center focuses on meeting the needs of limited-English-speaking clients, especially Chinese immigrants. Coordinates parenting class, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, job training and job search assistance, and translation services, and a Chinese library. Additionally, offers family and elder case management, domestic violence services, and information and assistance.

Eligibility: Serves frail elders and disabled adults, 18 years and older. Clients must be able to integrate into a group setting with minimal 1:1 assistance. Clients must not display violent or abusive behaviors.
