Eligibility: Children, birth to 18, with head trauma, pulmonary impairment, or similar disability, who require ongoing care but do not require hospitalization.

Eligibility: Primarily serves older adults, 55 years and older. However, provides some activities for adults of all ages.

Description Multi-service center focuses on meeting the needs of limited-English-speaking clients, especially Chinese immigrants. Coordinates parenting class, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, job training and job search assistance, and translation services, and a Chinese library. Additionally, offers family and elder case management, domestic violence services, and information and assistance. 
Eligibility:  Focuses on meeting the needs of limited-English-speaking clients, especially Chinese immigrants and older adults, via a variety of services.

Languages other than English: Eight major Chinese dialects: Cantonese, Chiu Chow, Fujianese, Hakka, Mandarin, Shanghainese, Toishanese, and Taiwanese, as well as Malay and Cambodian.

Description: Offers therapeutic activities, health monitoring, and information and assistance for frail elderly, disabled adults, and their family caregivers.
Eligibility: Serves frail elders and disabled adults, 18 years and older. Clients must be able to integrate into a group setting with minimal 1:1 assistance. Clients must not display violent or abusive behaviors.
Areas Served:  East King County
Languages other than English: Spanish and German. 
How to Apply: Contact the office; and arrange for a free trial visit. Tours of the facility are arranged in advance to ensure staff availability. 
Fees: Sliding Scale Daily and hourly. Medical coupons, VA, COPES respite and DD contracts are accepted. Scholarships are available.
